Our Family is Growing

We welcomed new members to the community this past weekend. We re-launched the New Members Class where those who did not know the history of our center were informed about how we got here and what we are about. A lot of heartfelt sharing occurred and the new members came to know more about our parent organization. Many found out that CSL is on six continents, and that we are part of a global community. Some members came to us from our online presence. Others were referred by friends. 

Pam Maltzman from our Hospitality Committee gave our newbies an invitation to join that team and explained the importance of hospitality within community. Practitioner Shari Liess gave us some history of our local center. Mary Annette Brackin gave us some highlights about the bookstore and Rev. Celeste explained a few of the core concepts of Religious Science as well as some of our outreach activities. 

The session was informative, bonding and joy-filled. If you feel the Joy of being here, perhaps you will join our family soon. We're happy to welcome you home!
