Meditation is Our Friend

Updated: Sep 15

The practice of meditation is very personal and yet universal. It helps us to train the mind, relieve the body from stress and heal our emotions. There are many approaches to meditation, and, in my experience, they each can benefit us.

Each time I choose a modality, it is the right one for me at that time.

When I get visualizations, it helps me vibrationally see what will support me for a given circumstance.

When I do breathing meditations, it relaxes me so that I can connect to the Presence.

Writing meditations are my favorite ones because I get to be a conduit for Spirit and let it reveal to me what is mine to be, do and know.

Yoga opens up my energy fields and frees me from tension in my body.

Mantras give me a focus so that my mind doesn’t wander.

Chanting gives me a vibration where I can both stay centered and be consistent in grounding myself.

Big Mind lets me open up to greater dimensions than where I am.

Intentional group meditations have been known to change conditions on the other side of the planet.

We will practice each of these meditations in the upcoming class together. It starts on September 4th from 6:30PM - 9:30PM. I trust that any and all sessions will benefit you.
