Angela L. Chostner’s Artist of the Month Reception at the Center for Spiritual Living, St. Louis was a heartfelt and inspiring gathering where she shared the evolution of her creative journey. Guests were invited into the emotional and spiritual layers of her work. Each piece was paired with an original poem, deepening its meaning and offering a window into Angela’s personal inspiration and process.
Angela L. Chostner is a meditative painter and poet based in St. Louis. She creates soulful paintings, posters, and art gifts that illuminate the inner world and elevate our collective vision of what it means to be human.

As a graduate of the Art Academy of Cincinnati, Angela spent many years working as a professional graphic designer and illustrator. Amid the transformative journey of motherhood, her current body of work began to emerge—paintings that express the energy of virtues such as trust, gratitude, and forgiveness.
The reception concluded with a special drawing—congratulations to Cora Stout, the lucky winner of a beautiful scarf of Angela's artwork!

Angela's artwork is exquisite, and we are fortunate to have her collection, "Meditative Paintings & Poetry" on display throughout the month of June. In addition to her original pieces, Angela has cards, journals, posters and more on display in Scott Hall of CSL and they are available for purchase in the Rising Thought Gifts & Bookstore.
