About the event
This workshop helps you connect, reconnect, and connect deeper with your physical self through a mixture of : guided self-observation, easy walking exercises, conscious breathing, light upper body movement, group discussion, pearls of wisdom, and poetry.
Participants should be able to move and walk with problems. Come dressed accordingly with walking shoes. Bring a pen and paper or book.
