About the event
The sound bath experience is about letting go and allowing the sound to take you to a deeper place. Sound vibration is the vessel, and it allows you to explore and identify what a meditative state feels like. A sound bath is not only beneficial for beginners of meditation, but it is also great for seasoned meditators.
