About the event
Join us after Sunday Service on July 19th for a special Rising Thought Author Spotlight featuring poet, artist, teacher, and author Mary Feagan.
Mary combines her love of writing and art to create heartfelt works that inspire reflection, creativity, and spiritual connection. She is the author and illustrator of two inspirational poetry books, Finding Grandmama God and From the Mercy Chair, the children’s book Rainbow Child, and the cartoon collection Questions to Ask a Cat When It Comes Back from a Trip. Mary also teaches art at St. Louis Community College–Meramec.
Inspired by her own spiritual journey, Finding Grandmama God: And Talking Things Over with Her is a whimsical collection of poems and illustrations that explores discovering a loving inner divine presence—a kind, nurturing voice that reflects our true selves.
In addition to meeting Mary before and after Sunday Service in the lobby, join us at 12:10 PM in the sanctuary as she shares…
