Join Shari Liess for a transcendent Sound Bath experience designed to help you relax, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls to wash over you as Shari guides you through a meditative journey that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. Through the healing art of sound therapy, this experience offers a peaceful space for reflection, relaxation, and renewal.
Whether you are new to sound baths or have experienced them before, you are invited to simply arrive, settle in, and receive.
Participation is $30. No materials are necessary — just come and relax. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you want :)
*Please note all of the street parking outside our front entrance is reserved for our guests who have limited mobility. We kindly ask everyone else to park in the lot behind the center.
